Lead Salesforce Developer
Seniority:
Senior (+7 years of experience)
Type of position:
Hybrid Model (2 days/week in Lisbon office)
The amazing you will have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce Development;
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Integrations;
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and unit testing Salesforce solutions;
- Ability to create and maintain functional and technical documentation;
- Experience performing defect analysis, troubleshooting, and bug fixing;
- Solid knowledge of Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience using JavaScript and HTML for customization, template development, and troubleshooting;
- Experience defining, reviewing, and executing test cases;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate development teams;
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written);
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week onsite in Lisbon.

What will you do?
- Be responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and unit testing of Salesforce requirements;
- Develop scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions following best practices;
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation;
- Configure and parameterize Salesforce solutions according to business requirements;
- Develop integrations and interfaces between Salesforce and external systems;
- Execute unit tests, identify defects, and implement fixes;
- Define, review, and validate test cases;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery;
- Provide technical leadership and support to development teams.
