Technical Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team and help deliver exceptional technical experiences for enterprise customers. This is a customer-facing role where you'll combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and communication skills to support product implementations, technical onboarding, and ongoing customer success. This is a 3 to 6-month project with the possibility of extension based on business needs. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customers get the most value from our platform. Must Have 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Technical Customer Success, etc.). Strong experience with JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus). Experience working with SQL. Familiarity with REST APIs. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent Portuguese (required). Advanced English (C1). Spanish is a plus. Nice to Have Experience supporting SaaS platforms. AdTech or MarTech experience. Python or other scripting languages. Experience with mobile application troubleshooting. OTT or streaming technologies. Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar ticketing platforms. Experience working with publishers, advertisers, or digital media companies. What You'll Do Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers. Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex customer issues. Design and recommend technical solutions to meet customer needs. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve escalations. Support customers through technical calls, solution workshops, and implementation planning. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs. Monitor support performance and contribute to continuous process improvements. Build long-term relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted technical advisor.
