Salary: €100,000 - €130,000 DOE

TechHeads are seeking a Tech Lead to join an established fintech organisation in Dublin, working on the development of a new greenfield platform. This is an opportunity to take a leading role in the platform’s development, combining hands-on engineering with technical decision-making and ownership of key design decisions.

You’ll be responsible for driving development across a modern C#/.NET technology stack, working with cloud technologies, APIs and modern software architecture. You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of AI and emerging technologies in this position. Allowing you to impact the design and delivery of an enterprise scale project while remaining hands on with the latest in tech.

The position is hybrid in Dublin, offering the flexibility of hybrid working while giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely with the wider engineering team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in Software Engineering with strong experience with C# / .NET
• Previous experience working as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Engineer taking technical ownership
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and modern software development
• Comfortable making technical decisions and influencing engineering direction
• Previous experience in Financial/FinTech sectors
• An interest in AI and emerging technologies

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: €100,000 - €130,000 DOE
