About the Project

We are looking for a Tech Lead to join a platform team working on a high-traffic e-commerce ecosystem. You’ll help build and evolve a shared Vue.js/Nuxt.js platform, reusable UI components, developer tooling, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

The role combines technical leadership, frontend architecture, platform engineering, and hands-on technical guidance.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Vue.js 3 and Nuxt.js
• Deep understanding of Composition API, SSR, hydration, Pinia, and Nuxt architecture
• Strong knowledge of frontend architecture and modern web applications
• Experience designing reusable/shared UI components and platform capabilities
• Understanding of frontend performance and Core Web Vitals
• Experience with CLI tools, build tooling, shared packages, or developer experience
• Practical understanding of AI coding assistants, AI agents, and AI-assisted development workflows
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and browser fundamentals
• Experience with testing, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the frontend/platform engineering team
• Design and evolve Vue.js 3 / Nuxt.js architecture
• Build and maintain reusable components and platform capabilities
• Drive frontend performance, scalability, and code quality
• Improve developer tooling, CLI workflows, and engineering experience
• Introduce and improve AI-assisted development practices
• Participate in architecture and technical decision-making
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
• Identify technical risks, improvements, and opportunities proactively
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Engineering Managers, and other teams
