Tech Project Manager, Lima, Peru

We seek a Tech Project Manager (TPM) who shares our passion for innovation, technical leadership, and delivery excellence. In this role, you will bridge technical vision with client needs, taking end-to-end accountability, responsibility, and ownership over projects and programs to drive measurable business impact.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate or higher).

• End-to-End Strategic Delivery & Accountability: Proven experience owning the project/program delivery lifecycle, translating business goals into high-quality technical products, and ensuring execution is on-time, within budget, and in-scope.

• Governance & Risk Mitigation: Track record in establishing robust governance and SDLC frameworks to optimize workflows, leveraging data-driven KPIs, and proactive risk mitigation to ensure seamless, predictable delivery.

• Leadership & Account Growth: Experience building, guiding, and coaching high-performing, cross-functional engineering/technical teams.

• Client Relationship & Strategic Partnering: Ability to act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, aligning technology execution with business goals and leveraging successful delivery to foster long-term account growth.

• Metrics-Driven Mindset: Experience monitoring delivery performance using metrics such as on-time delivery rate, on-budget delivery rate, and quality metrics (Product & Process Quality Assurance).

• Engagement Models: Experience working under engagement models such as Fixed Price, Time & Materials, or Subscription models.

• Plus: Experience working with banking or financial services clients, or driving AI-ready technology implementations, is highly desirable.
