Technical Account Manager, CORE CORE is First Focus's managed productivity service, helping organisations improve how work gets done through AI, automation, knowledge management and modern workplace technologies. Rather than measuring success by tickets closed or infrastructure maintained, we measure it by how much better our clients work. We're looking for someone who can see beyond today's IT challenges and help clients design how work gets done tomorrow. You'll combine strategic thinking, technical understanding and commercial insight to uncover opportunities, drive adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes. What you'll do Build trusted relationships with executives, department leaders and operational teams. Identify and prioritise opportunities across AI, automation, collaboration and process improvement. Develop practical roadmaps aligned to business objectives. Translate strategy into initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. Drive adoption of new technologies, workflows and ways of working. Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder discussions. Build business cases and success measures for improvement initiatives. Connect clients with the right specialists, platforms and solutions. Track outcomes and continuously identify new opportunities for improvement. What success looks like Clients have a clear productivity and technology roadmap. AI and automation initiatives move from ideas into daily use. Employees adopt new tools and processes with confidence. Manual effort is reduced and work becomes simpler. Clients can clearly see the value delivered through CORE. You are viewed as a trusted advisor rather than a service provider. What you'll bring You may come from consulting, customer success, business transformation, digital workplace, technology strategy or a similar advisory role. MSP experience or multi-client support is favourable. We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking, commercial awareness and technical understanding to drive meaningful change. You'll bring: Experience working with senior business stakeholders. Experience translating strategy into practical business outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills. Experience driving adoption, capability uplift or organisational change. The ability to identify and prioritise opportunities based on business value. A practical understanding of Microsoft 365, AI, automation and modern workplace technologies. Curiosity, initiative and a desire to continuously learn. You need to be actively using and building AI and automation yourself. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable experimenting with new technologies, building simple solutions and understanding how different platforms fit together to solve business problems.
