Technical Account Manger

Seeking a Technical Account Manager to join a highly reputable MSP based in Sydney who are growing at a rapid pace.

Join a fast growing MSP providing innovation and leadership in technology solutions across multiple sectors. You will act as the Technical SME and take ownership of a portfolio of clients.

You will focus heavily on building strong client relationships, managing ongoing service delivery and guiding clients through their technology roadmap.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in IT roles, with at least 2 years in an MSP or similar client-facing environment
• Proven experience managing client relationships in a TAM, senior engineer, or service delivery role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD), including security and identity fundamentals
• Solid understanding of business IT environments, including networking, endpoints, and cloud services
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to own and drive issues to resolution
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities independently

Bonus:

• Experience with cyber security platforms (e.g. Sophos, Microsoft Defender, MDR services)
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and business internet (NBN) environments
• Experience with service management platforms (e.g. ConnectWise, Autotask, Halo)
• Microsoft certifications
• Familiarity with ITIL principles
