Annual Base Salary

USD 70,000 – 285,000+, adjusted by your seniority, academic output, host institute and working city.

Tiered One‑Time Talent Awards & Housing Allowance

1. Senior & Innovation Leading Talent (Technical Advisor)

• One‑off talent grant: Up to USD 570,000

• Housing settlement subsidy: Up to USD 240,000

2. Young Outstanding Talent (Technical Advisor)

• One‑off talent grant: Up to USD 430,000

3. Postdoctoral Researchers (Technical Advisor Track)

• One‑off talent grant: Up to USD 285,000
