- Review and analyze application code, database logic, interfaces, and system behaviour to support issue resolution, requirements analysis, and solution design.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, translating business needs into clear and actionable system requirements.
- Work with external development teams to clarify requirements, review proposed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support successful delivery of system changes.
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions with business, technical, and project stakeholders to drive decisions, resolve issues, and maintain progress.
- Provide technical guidance to business teams and stakeholders regarding system functionality, capabilities, limitations, and potential solutions.
- Participate in strategic and cross-functional projects requiring systems expertise, business analysis, technical problem solving, or implementation support.
- Support Security and Privacy incident investigations by assisting with system analysis, data investigation, impact assessment, and remediation activities.
- Manage assigned work, priorities, dependencies, risks, and status reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Support other ad hoc project work as assigned.
