Technical Application Specialist

As a Technical Application Specialist you will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test solutions within the Kinetic/ERP product, focusing on the financial domain.

What you will be doing:

• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Issue Diagnosis: Analyze and diagnose application issues reported by customers.

• Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve software or system failures.

• Testing Solutions: Test proposed solutions to ensure they effectively resolve the issues.

• Documentation: Document resolutions and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

• Escalation: Escalate complex cases to higher-level support or development teams as needed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Development Team to communicate system malfunctions and collaborate on solutions.

• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to and utilize the department's knowledge base articles and FAQs.

• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about ERP software updates and changes to provide up-to-date support.

What will set you apart:

• Experience with ERP systems or similar software.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail, or distribution processes.

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary starting from HUF 730,000 gross per month, with the final compensation reflecting your experience and expertise.

Range:

Minimum: 6,472,756.26 HUF Maximum: 10,356,410.01 HUF

The salary range indicated reflects the compensation band for this role at Epicor. Actual placement within the range will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. This range applies to the specific country of hire.
