About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to design and govern scalable business applications, integrations, and automation solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and compatible enterprise technologies. The role involves defining application, data, and integration architecture, establishing technical standards and governance, and leading the delivery of secure, scalable hybrid low-code and pro-code solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dataverse and Dynamics 365, while identifying and recommending complementary technologies and platforms that integrate effectively with enterprise systems and support ongoing modernization and business transformation initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with global cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and provide ongoing guidance and support across the solution lifecycle. Position location in Gurgaon, India. This position is reporting to Digital and Data Solutions Manager. Key Responsibilities · Design and develop architect solutions like building Apps, Automating Workflows primarily using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) · Extend platform solutions using custom development, APIs, and cloud services · Design and govern integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems · Define application, data, and integration architecture across multiple systems and platforms · Define data models, security roles, and environment strategies · Define and enforce architecture standards, development guidelines, and security protocols · Establish clear architectural patterns for hybrid low-code and pro-code solutions · Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and follow best practices across development, testing, and deployment · Write, review, and validate complex code, configurations, and integrations · Oversee ALM, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment governance. Handle project documentation and DevOps procedures · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications · Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing solutions · Drive change and adoption of these technical solutions · Drive continuous improvement and platform modernization. Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions · Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem · Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field · 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development, solution design, and technical architecture · Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (including Dataverse) · Proven experience in enterprise application and system architecture across complex, distributed environments · Solid experience in custom development and extension of low-code solutions using, JavaScript / TypeScript, .NET / C#, REST APIs and enterprise integrations · Strong understanding of data architecture including relational modeling, security, performance optimization, · Experience with ERP / CRM integrations and enterprise integration patterns using middleware or API-led architecture · Strong experience in Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and DevOps · Hands-on experience with application lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment governance · Strong knowledge of security architecture, access control, and scalable solution design principles · Experience working with cloud and hybrid architecture environments · Familiarity with modern automation, AI-enabled solutions, or Copilot-based technologies is a plus · Experience working in global, cross-functional environments with business and technical stakeholders · Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills · Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure certifications, or Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus Why join us We offer a truly great place to work - but don’t take our word for it, our own team have said the following: · No micromanagement, we are trusted to do a good job. · We have a collaborative culture, with a nonhierarchical style of working. · We are given the tools we need to do a good job. · Your opinion is always welcome. · We are always looking at new and innovative ways of working. · We are a team and help each other out!
