Technical Broker/Account Executive (Dual Role) – (Gqeberha) - PE Simah is seeking a highly skilled and commerciall minded Technical Broker /Account Executive to join our Gqeberha (PE) team. This dual-role position offers the unique opportunity to service clients, drive new business, and provide expert technical broking solutions within a dynamic environment. What you’ll do: Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients, acting as a strategic advisor. Analyse client risk and profitability, propose innovative insurance solutions, and optimise existing structures. Lead technical placement, policy drafting, closings, endorsements, and broking notes at an expert level. Build strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders to secure the best outcomes for clients. Identify and convert high-value new business opportunities aligned to target markets. Collaborate across risk, claims, and finance teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
