About the Role The Technical Business Analyst – CRM Analytics is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the Salesforce CRM Analytics platform, configuring and maintaining CRM Analytics dashboards and datasets, and partnering with the Enterprise Applications team to design, test and deliver reporting and analytics solutions that support commercial and operational decision-making. Your Responsibilities Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications, process flows and user stories for Salesforce CRM Analytics enhancements. Design, build and maintain CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, lenses and recipes to support commercial and operational reporting. Partner with solution architects, developers and business stakeholders to deliver CRM Analytics and Salesforce reporting improvements. Analyse business processes and data to identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency and user experience. Support Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, permission sets, reports and dashboards where required. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, release management and deployments for CRM Analytics initiatives. Perform data analysis, data cleansing and quality checks to ensure CRM Analytics outputs are accurate and reliable. Work across CRM Analytics, Salesforce Reports/Dashboards and Power BI to deliver a consistent reporting experience where required Develop end user guides, training materials and documentation for CRM Analytics solutions Identify system and process issues, and propose solutions to enhance the Business Users’ and Enterprise Applications team’s experience. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst working across Salesforce and/or CRM Analytics platforms. 2–3 years in clinical research, with a focus on trial coordination and project support. Salesforce Business Analyst Certification. Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboard, dataset and recipe development Business and technical requirements gathering, user story and functional documentation writing Advanced Excel and data analysis/visualisation (Power BI experience highly regarded) Ability to work independently, knowing when to escalate Technological proficiency including Microsoft Office packages Ability to see the big picture, yet still focus on detail and quality of work Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organisational priorities and ambiguous environments Why Join Us?
