Job Description

IT BA with Client Data Domain experience is mandatory.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering and business process analysis.
• Experience working in Agile product organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with data-centric initiatives (Client Data, Master Data, Reference Data, Data Quality or Data Governance).
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries on relational databases
• Good understanding of APIs and enterprise services, including data distribution in different modes (batch, request/response, event-driven)
• Preferred experience with tools and technologies such as Swagger, Grafana, IBM MQ Series, and Kafka

Responsibilities

• As Business Analyst for the Client Data domain, you will play a key role in the evolution of strategic platforms managing client, account and reference data across the bank.
• Working closely with Product Managers, Technical Architects, Solution Architects and Engineering teams, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will help shape product roadmaps, analyze business needs, define requirements and ensure the delivery of valuable, scalable and high-quality solutions.
• You will contribute to the modernization of the Client Data ecosystem, support data quality and operational excellence initiatives, and ensure that business objectives are translated into clear and actionable requirements for delivery teams.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, challenge and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops between business and technology stakeholders.
• Perform impact assessments, gap analyzes and process modeling.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to assess solution feasibility.
• Contribute to Client Data, Account Data and Reference Data initiatives.
• Support Data Quality and Data Governance topics.
• Coordinate functional testing, UAT and business validation activities.
• Investigate functional incidents and support business resolution.
• Produce and maintain business and functional documentation.
