Technical Buyer

This role is not just about procurement—it’s an opportunity to build and expand procurement operations for new customers, supporting the company's growth in Croatia and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for end-users and warehouse managers regarding purchase inquiries. Process procurement requests and issue purchase orders based on customer needs. Source technical equipment and spare parts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Maintain alignment with customers regarding critical inventory levels. Provide periodic reports on procurement trends, supplier performance, and on-time delivery (OTD). Ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers. Work Conditions & Growth Potential: Hybrid position : 3 days remote, 1-2 site visits per week (Zagreb-based). Requirements Skills & Experience: Technical procurement experience (minimum 3 years). Familiarity with the local supply base. Strong sourcing and negotiation skills. Experience with ERP systems (Priority preferred). Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel – including VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Word). Customer-facing experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken). Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
