Technical Buyer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled Technical Buyer to join our team, supporting engineering and manufacturing projects. In this role, you will manage technical procurement activities and ensure that all components meet the required specifications. You will work in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to the needs of the projects. This position offers hybrid work options in Cracow. Your tasks

• Preparing and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production and commercial components
• Managing and standardizing the RFQ process
• Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers
• Coordinating purchase orders
• Monitoring delivery schedules and quality
• Handling supplier claims when required
• Negotiating commercial terms and driving cost optimization for components and subcontracted manufacturing services
• Conducting market research and developing new supplier and manufacturing partner relationships
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role within a manufacturing or engineering company
• Higher education degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and dimensional tolerances
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, welding/steel structures, and assembly
• Fluent English for business and technical communication
• Advanced MS Excel and overall MS Office proficiency
• Valid Category B driving license
• Fluent Polish
• Residency in Poland
