Job Overview As a Technical Consultant Intern, you'll support building AI-driven solutions and automation workflows within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You'll work closely with senior consultants, helping build, test, and document AI agents and workflows behind the scenes. This is a non-client-facing role, you will not interact directly with clients. Key Responsibilities AI Agent Development: Support research, experiment with, and build AI agents using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and modern AI frameworks to automate complex tasks Workflow Automation: Help design, build, and optimize automated workflows integrated with ERP systems System Integration: Assist in connecting AI tools and third-party APIs with core ERP functional modules for automated data processing, reporting, and task execution Project Support: Support senior technical consultants by helping build and test automated workflows based on requirements they've gathered (no direct client interaction) Documentation: Prepare technical design documents, flowcharts, and user guides for the automation workflows you build Requirements Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering, IT, or a related field Strong logical thinking with genuine interest in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI agents Basic proficiency in programming (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and RESTful APIs Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools is a strong plus (e.g. n8n, Make, LangChain, Flowise, Zapier) Eagerness to learn business operations and ERP ecosystem workflows - no prior ERP experience required Good English in 4 skills, especially communication Fast learner, proactive mindset, effective communicator What You'll Gain Hands-on experience building real AI agent and automation solutions Exposure to how ERP consulting projects work, from behind the scenes Mentorship and structured learning from senior technical consultants Certificate of internship completion What We Offer Hands-on experience in real-world projects.
