Your tasks Develop and maintain the custom Odoo modules of your projects Run workshops with customers and write the technical concept Estimate effort and keep scope, budget and timeline under control Guide the key users of our customers through testing and go-live Take part in code reviews and keep the technical quality high Work with product owners and consultants in our three offices Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or similar At least 3 years of professional experience with Software Development Good skills in Python and XML; QWeb is an advantage Experience with customer workshops, requirements and estimates Good understanding of business processes in sales or finance Confident communicator in English Structured working method & high commitment Our offer Code and customers: you build the Odoo modules and you sit with the people who will use them Real ownership: you carry your projects technically, from the first estimate to go-live Hybrid Work & flexible working hours: we believe in a true work-life balance Competitive salary: total expected compensation between €40.000 and €50.000 / year Plenty of other benefits: Top private health insurance, Learning Budget, Team Events, Referral bonus, and many more!
