A Day in the Life

The Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) business focuses on technologies that support the treatment of peripheral arterial, venous, and embolization conditions. The portfolio includes Drug Coated Balloons, Peripheral Stents, Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty (PTA) Balloons, embolization solutions, deep venous products, and superficial venous products used by Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.

This position supports customers and commercial teams across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. The role requires 80% frequent travel throughout the BeNeLux, including daily customer visits and support in hospital environments.

As a Technical Consultant, you will serve as the technical and scientific expert for the Peripheral Vascular Health portfolio across the BeNeLux region. You will partner closely with sales teams and healthcare professionals to provide product expertise, procedural support, customer education, and clinical training that enable the safe and effective use of PVH technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide technical and scientific support during clinical cases involving the PVH product portfolio.
• Deliver product training and education programs for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of PVH technologies.
• Support sales representatives with clinical expertise, product knowledge, and scientific evidence relevant to customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver technical and scientific presentations at customer sites, conferences, and sales meetings.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
• Serve as the liaison between commercial teams and technical stakeholders to address customer requirements and clinical questions.
• Provide post-procedure and follow-up support by delivering technical guidance and application-specific product information.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the BeNeLux region.
• Ability to provide technical support and training in hospital and clinical environments.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or MedTech industry.
• Experience supporting physicians in interventional, vascular, endovascular, or surgical procedures.
• Commercial awareness with experience partnering with sales organizations.
• Knowledge of peripheral vascular therapies, embolization technologies, or endovascular treatment procedures.
