Gavi’s 6.0 Strategy (2026–2030) introduces a Country Foundations approach, designed to provide long-term, predictable financing to strengthen essential immunization system functions, including programme management, service delivery, demand generation, data systems, supply chain, and outbreak preparedness. Eligible countries must prepare a comprehensive and high-quality application package, including: •Selection and justification of priority functions •Identification of implementing partners •A fully costed multi-year workplan •Indicators and targets aligned with the Partnership Accountability Framework (PAF) •Evidence of country ownership and partner coordination Haiti, classified under fragile and high-risk settings, faces significant immunization system challenges including low coverage, important number of zero-dose children, fragile service delivery, supply chain constraints, poor vaccine preventable diseases surveillance, and limited data quality. Work Experience: 2 years of experience with Gavi applications. More than 5 years with immunization programme expertise Skills: Strong knowledge of immunization programmes, Gavi funding mechanisms, health systems strengthening. Familiarity with Gavi 6.0 (Country Foundations and Consolidated Cash Grant). Excellent analytical, coordination, and writing skills. Experience in budgeting and costing Experience in technical assistance to fragile countries/countries affected by humanitarian crises Familiarity with PAF indicators and results frameworks Language Requirements: Excellent command of English and French Desirables: Haitian Creole an asset.
