Ready to lead where strategy meets transformation?

Step into a role that amplifies your impact by shaping EHS performance, influencing executive decision-making, and helping organizations build safer, more sustainable operations.

At ERM, we partner with leading organizations to solve complex environmental, health, safety, and sustainability challenges. As a Technical Consulting Director, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Auditor and Risk Specialist based in British Columbia, you will lead high-impact audit and risk management initiatives across diverse industries, helping clients strengthen compliance, improve operational performance, and advance sustainability goals. This casual position offers the opportunity to work with global organizations, collaborate with industry experts, and drive meaningful change through strategic leadership and technical excellence.

Why This Role Matters

This is a unique opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, support internationally recognized sustainability standards, and contribute to projects that make a measurable difference across high-hazard industries.

This is a casual employment contract. Work will be offered on an as-needed basis, and assignments and hours will vary based on business and client demand and are not guaranteed.

What Your Impact Is

You will help organizations navigate complex EHS and sustainability challenges by providing expert guidance, conducting comprehensive audits, and developing effective risk management strategies. Your work will directly support safer workplaces, stronger compliance programs, and more sustainable business operations.

By combining technical expertise, relationship-building skills, and a practical approach to problem-solving, you will help clients achieve their objectives while supporting ERM's mission of delivering innovative solutions for a more sustainable future.
