Customer service, call centre, contact centre, technical helpdesk
The Role:
- Position: 1 temporary position available (chance of extension or permanent)
- Duration: 6 month assignment
- Start date: ASAP
- Full time work from home - no requirement to be in office
- Shift: Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun 9PM - 7AM x4 10 hour shifts
- 3 weeks of paid training
- Central Wellington location in a modern office

- Be the first point of contact, providing technical customer service over the phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues with customers
- Log incidents and manage support processes
The Ideal Candidate Will Have a Solid Background In Customer Service Or Contact Centres. To Succeed In This Role, You MUST Have:
- Experience in a call centre environment (preferred)
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role (essential)
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent system skills and a confident understanding of technology
- Problem-solving skills
- Clear criminal history and credit check
- NZ residency or citizenship
