Technical Customer Support Specialist (Day Shift)

Your day-to-day: Give joy to our customers by solving their queries via live chat and email; Ensure excellent customer experience; Answer customers’ queries & provide reliable information; Interpret and finetune the customer success process & performance; Work alongside techies to understand IT business logic; Build and develop customer relationships that will turn clients into advocates. Your skills & experience: Fluent in English; Ability to work full-time during day shift (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) in a hybrid working model ; Energy to move mountains together with your team; Empathy and understanding - basically showing clients how important they are!
