Technical Data Specialist

An established engineering and technical services organisation is looking for a technical specialist to join the team. The role focuses on the development and implementation of software solutions within the customer relationship management landscape, specifically targeting data-driven insights and process optimisation. You will work closely with various departments to translate business requirements into functional technical designs.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing software solutions focused on customer segmentation and predictive analytics

• Analysing and optimising existing processes to enhance the overall customer experience

• Designing and implementing reports and dashboards to support data-driven business decisions

• Integrating core systems with other modules and external platforms

• Conducting quality assurance tests and providing training and support to end users

What we're looking for

• A degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related professional qualification

• Proven experience in the development and implementation of CRM solutions

• Strong technical proficiency in ABAP and ABAP Objects

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and data analytics platforms

• A solid understanding of business processes related to customer experience management
