Ingenio is working with a leading global digital engineering consultancy to hire a Technical Delivery Director responsible for delivering bespoke software solutions for enterprise customers.

This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, engineering, client advisory, and digital transformation. You'll work with enterprise organisations to modernise platforms, build custom software solutions, and lead high-performing technical teams through complex delivery programmes.

The Role:

• Lead the successful delivery of complex bespoke software engineering programmes for enterprise clients.
• Own the post-sales delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Manage programme governance, delivery risks, budgets, resource planning, and commercial performance.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams delivering scalable, secure, cloud-native software solutions.
• Work closely with architects and technical leaders to define delivery strategies and technical approaches.
• Support client workshops, solution development, technical proposals, and business growth initiatives.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Experience delivering bespoke, custom-built software solutions (not off-the-shelf platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
• Background working within a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Proven leadership of post-sales software delivery for enterprise clients.
• Strong client stakeholder, budget, risk, and resource management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
