The role

We are looking for an Technical Development Analyst who wants to turn emerging technology into real applications. You will work across AI research, experimentation, strategy and implementation, from testing new models and building prototypes to exploring how AI can improve client workflows and our own way of working.

Working alongside strategists, researchers and designers, you will help turn “what can AI do?” into “how can we actually use it?”

What will you do?

• Explore new AI models, tools, agents and emerging technologies
• Research developments in AI and translate them into implications and opportunities
• Identify where AI can create real value within organizations
• Help integrate technology, AI & automations into client processes, teams and ways of working
• Support larger technology & AI strategy and transformation projects for our clients
• Turn technical possibilities into clear recommendations for non technical audiences
• Share what you learn and help our wider team become better at working with AI
• Take ownership of your own AI experiments and projects as you grow

What are we looking for?

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program and already actively experimenting with AI. You are curious about new models, tools and workflows and want to understand what they can actually do. We are looking for someone who:

• Has programming experience (Python and/or Javascript)
• Has experience with version control (Git)
• Is deeply interested in AI, LLMs and emerging technology
• Enjoys building, testing and iterating rather than only researching
• Is analytical and can separate hype from genuine potential
• Takes interest in privacy and security
• Can explain technical ideas clearly to people who are not technical
• Is comfortable learning tools independently and moving quickly
• Takes ownership and communicates proactively in a remote environment
• Is interested in how AI changes organizations, industries and society
• Is fluent in English and preferably also speaks Dutch

Experience with things like APIs, automation platforms, AI agents, prompt engineering or rapid prototyping is a strong plus. But we care just as much about what you have taught yourself as what is on your degree.
