About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Apeldoorn. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for all recruitment activities within the organization. You will have the autonomy to shape and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring the successful sourcing of talent across a wide range of functions—from drivers and sales staff to specialists and business unit managers. Working closely with management and HR colleagues, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent. The position offers a dynamic work environment with a mix of strategic planning and hands-on recruitment, supported by a dedicated HR team. You will enjoy a flexible hybrid working model, with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week, and a competitive salary package including a lease car and other benefits.
Qualifications
HBO work- and denkniveau (Bachelor’s level or equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, or Recruitment Specialist
Proven track record of independently managing the full recruitment process
Experience in stakeholder management and advising management teams
Strong analytical, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with recruitment projects and process improvements
Ability to prioritize effectively and organize recruitment activities efficiently
Valid B driver’s license
Responsibilities
Conduct vacancy intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on target groups, labor market trends, and recruitment strategies
Create compelling and attractive job advertisements tailored to different roles and audiences
Source, approach, evaluate, and interview candidates for a variety of positions across the organization
Manage the entire candidate journey, from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent more efficiently
Enhance and professionalize the recruitment process, including ownership of projects such as the further development of the ATS (Carerix)
Utilize data, analytics, and reporting to gain insights into recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement
Translate insights into actionable improvements within the recruitment process
Strengthen Oosterberg’s employer brand through targeted employer branding campaigns and employer value proposition development
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns for different target groups and increase visibility as an employer of choice
Act as a strategic sparring partner for managers and HR colleagues, providing advice based on labor market developments and recruitment data
Assist in setting realistic expectations and guiding managers through recruitment challenges
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing turnover and optimizing talent inflow
