Technical Digital Product Manager

Are you a technically strong Digital Project Manager with a passion for building scalable platforms and leading end-to-end delivery? We’re looking for someone who can combine product thinking, technical leadership, and hands-on execution to drive high-impact digital initiatives. About the Role As a Tech Digital Project Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of our digital platforms – from defining the product vision through to delivery, architecture, and ongoing performance. You’ll act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring solutions are user-focused, secure, and built to scale. This is a highly visible role where you’ll balance strategic decision-making with practical execution, helping shape both what we build and how we build it. Location – Home based in Poland (ideally Warsaw area, but flexible nationwide) with occasional in-person meetings (1–2 per quarter) Key Responsibilities Product & Delivery Leadership Translate business goals into clear roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans Lead sprint execution and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in an Agile environment Align user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives Platform Architecture & Governance Define and oversee the end-to-end Drupal platform architecture Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable Drive best practices and reduce technical debt DevOps & Platform Performance Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and release processes Ensure platform stability, uptime, and performance Oversee incident management and continuous improvement Drupal Ownership & Continuous Improvement Lead Drupal upgrades and modernisation initiatives Manage integrations, custom modules, and LMS platforms (e.g., Opigno) Ensure seamless upgrades with minimal downtime and zero data loss What You’ll Bring 6+ years’ experience in digital project management, software engineering, or technical architecture Strong expertise in Drupal and PHP ecosystems Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Acquia Solid understanding of APIs, scalable system design, and integrations Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA Strong understanding of performance optimisation and web security best practices Must be fluent in English Tech Environment Drupal | Opigno | Acquia | Microsoft Azure | CI/CD (Docker, GitHub Actions / Jenkins) | Varnish | Redis | CDN | JIRA Please apply with CV's in English #LI‑CES #LI‑RH4 IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
