Founded in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska, InPost provides delivery services through a network of over 64,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and more than 30,000 pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points across nine European countries: Poland, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, alongside to-door courier and fulfilment services for ecommerce merchants. InPost’s extensive OOH network supports rapidly growing parcel volumes across its markets, with 1.4 billion parcels delivered in 2025. Its locker solutions offer consumers a delivery option that is cheaper, more flexible and convenient, environmentally friendly and contactless. As a leading OOH logistics provider, InPost is recognised for transforming parcel delivery economics in Europe, appealing to both consumers and merchants through its flexible, technology-driven solutions. Purpose of the Role The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development of the product, translating customer and market needs into a clear product vision and backlog. The role connects business, technology, and stakeholders to ensure the product delivers measurable value and remains aligned with the agreed strategy. Key Activities Identifying customer needs related to product development and translating them into actionable items for product and other teams Developing and maintaining the product vision, ensuring consistency with it across deliverables Coordinating with IT solution providers, including scoping, monitoring, and accepting development work Maintaining cooperation with internal and external business partners Developing and updating the product knowledge base through ongoing market and competitor analysis Cooperating with teams within the Digital & Strategy Office, Technology, and other supporting areas Maintaining the product backlog: creating and updating it, and setting priorities Engaging with stakeholders on an ongoing basis Preparing and clarifying functional and non-functional requirements University degree Solid grounding in both business and technical domains Strong understanding of the market and customer needs Competence in market and competitor analysis Ability to define business value Familiarity with Agile approaches (Agile, Scrum) Track record in managing the product lifecycle — gathering and analyzing requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and cooperating with teams and stakeholders to deliver business value and meet user needs English – min C1 Business: understanding of the market and customer needs in the e-commerce sector Analytical: data analysis, KPI definition, problem-solving ​​​​​​ Why Join InPost?
