Technical Due Diligence - Project / Cost Manager

Role Description This full-time role is based in Budapest with potential travel opportunities to support on projects in the region. The role is focused on joining our sector-leading technical due diligence team - working with investors, developers and financing institutions in the acquisition, sale and financing of all forms of real estate. In addition, further opportunities exist in the provision of project and cost management services - from feasibility studies through procurement and into construction.

Qualifications

• Expereince in technical due diligence for real estate and construction projects, including risk assessment and report preparation.
• Strong technical background in construction, engineering, or architecture, with experience in project management and cost management - ideally from a consultancy / advisory background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating independence, reliability, and effective collaboration in both office and remote settings.
