TEKsystems has a contract role for a Technical ERP Delivery Architect (Ideally seeking INFOR LN experience however any multiple ERP project experience will be considered, especially manufacturing related ERP systems). This role can sit remote but will require travel to Colorado as much as one week a month, along with possible multi week stays in Colorado for major events.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Architect to own the technical delivery of our global ERP implementation on Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN). You will hold end-to-end responsibility for the reports, interfaces, customizations, enhancements & extensions, and forms delivered on the client side, for the provisioning and readiness of every Infor application and environment, and for the user access model that governs them. You will work closely with the system integrator on delivery and hold them to their contracted scope, its specifications and its knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

Own delivery of all client-side reports, interfaces, customizations, enhancements & extensions, and forms across every Infor application, delegating execution to internal engineers, system integrator consultants and third-party developers.

Accept, on behalf of client, the technical specifications produced by the system integrator, including the specification acceptance milestones.

Hold the system integrator accountable to their contracted deliverables.

Own vendor and third-party technical engagement for every interface, securing technical contacts, endpoints, credentials, file specifications and test data.

Provision and maintain readiness across every Infor application and environment LN, Infor OS, GRC, Factory Track, Birst, LN Analytics, Supplier Exchange, d/EPM, Document Management, Concierge, InforU and the rest so that no workstream is blocked waiting on a system.

Own user account creation and the full account lifecycle across every application and every environment.

Design the user access model with the business permission sets, role definitions, access grants and Segregation of Duties in collaboration with Finance and Compliance.

Design and stand up the access request and approval workflows and the audit framework that evidences them, with Infor GRC as the intended platform.

Decide scope calls within the workstream descoping, deferral, sequencing and priority and escalate anything altering client's contractual position through the programs change control thresholds.

Own the workstreams risk, action, issue and decision record, and report status to program leadership and the steering committee.

Own hypercare for each wave: first-line support through the hypercare period, and the evidence standard for the programs reliable-integrations exit gate.

Coordinate with the data workstream, the functional workstream leads, the Global Process Owners and the Business Owners so that integration and reporting dependencies surface early rather than at cutover.

Lead and develop the technical team of internal engineers, contract testers and consultants, and transfer working knowledge to the PMS team that supports these systems once the program ends.

Required Qualifications

8+ years in ERP delivery, including at least two full lifecycle implementations carried through go-live and hypercare.

Demonstrated accountable ownership of a technical workstream, including sign-off authority over specifications and deliverables.

Direct experience owning integration delivery across APIs, EDI, file-based interfaces, middleware, and data mapping and transformation.

Hands-on experience with enterprise identity and access management: role design, provisioning, approval workflows, and Segregation of Duties.

Experience holding a system integrator or implementation partner to a contracted scope, including specification acceptance, knowledge transfer, and change control.

Experience managing third-party vendors through technical engagement, including regulated counterparties such as banks.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate technical detail for finance, compliance, and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN) and Infor ION middleware, including document flows, connection points, BODs, and business process automation.

Familiarity with Infor OS, Infor GRC, Birst, and Infor Document Management.

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

Infor Implementation Accelerator (IIA) or equivalent Infor delivery methodology experience.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.

Reporting & Work Environment

Reports to: Transformation Director

Works closely with: the Business Systems Manager, Data Architect, Program Manager and Program Director, system integrator engagement leadership, Global Process Owners and Business Owners, Finance and Compliance, ERP administration and integration engineers, and third-party vendors.

- Will start as a 6-month contract with the expectation of extension through go-live (July 2027) and hypercare.

- Prefer Colorado based candidate.

- If remote, must work Mountain time and travel to Boulder, CO area one week each month.

Schedule: Primarily business hours, with after-hours testing, cutover, and hypercare coverage at key program milestones.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $110.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
