Participate in the implementation of payroll solutions for clients, covering both the technical aspects of the process—data migration, integrations with other business systems, web component development, and reporting. Work closely with the client to understand their specific needs and requirements, translating them into effective solutions. Configure and customize existing integration models with other internal systems. You will perform comprehensive testing to ensure the proper functioning of the implemented solutions and the accuracy of the data. What do you have to offer? Technical academic background — degree in DAW, DAM, or ASIR, or a degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or an equivalent qualification. At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of Backend programming with Node.js, relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL), REST API development, JSON and web services. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus. Knowledge or experience in configuring and customizing ERP solutions. You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Spanish and fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Integrho is highly desirable. Knowledge of implementing payroll applications, time and attendance systems, and HCM systems is a plus.
