Travel has solved booking. It hasn’t solved choosing.

Go4Loyal is building the decision intelligence layer for travel.

Our first product, eiviq, is entering live operations. Now we’re looking for a senior Technical Lead – AI & Cloud Platform to help us build what comes next: scalable decision intelligence combining personalisation, CO₂ and decision logic, with the ability to distribute that intelligence to travel companies through APIs.

We already have a development team and a working platform.

This is not about starting from scratch. It’s about making the right architectural decisions now, so what we build today can become secure, scalable infrastructure tomorrow.

What we’re looking for

You have strong, hands-on experience designing and operating production environments on AWS. You understand how to build for scale and security, not simply how to deploy an application to the cloud.

You’re comfortable across:

• AWS architecture and cloud infrastructure
• AI/LLMs and modern AI architecture
• Amazon Bedrock and/or agentic architectures
• B2B and external API architecture
• Security, IAM, secrets and data protection
• Backend architecture and complex data flows
• Scalability, reliability and observability
• CI/CD and production environments
• Smart build-vs-buy decisions

You don’t need to know everything. But you should have built and operated real technology on AWS and be able to look across a stack and ask:

Are we building this in a way that will still make sense when enterprise customers start connecting to us?

Experience from TravelTech, booking platforms, marketplaces, fintech or other transaction-heavy environments is highly valuable, particularly if you understand integrations, payments, availability, external APIs and real-time transactions.

You’ll work alongside our existing development team, bringing senior technical leadership while still being comfortable getting close to the technology and code when needed.

How we see the role

We know the right person may already have another role, consultancy or company.

That’s okay.

The role can start alongside other commitments. But the ambition is bigger.

As Go4Loyal raises capital, gains customers and scales its B2B business, we expect the role to grow in scope, commitment and responsibility, with cash compensation developing alongside the options structure.

This is not an advisory position or something intended to remain a small side project.

For the right person, there is a clear opportunity to grow into a broader technical leadership role as the company scales.

The setup

Go4Loyal is an early-stage company entering its first external funding round.

This is therefore an options-first opportunity initially, rather than a conventional salaried position from day one.

We want to find the right person first, and build the long-term role around the right fit.

Location matters

We’re primarily looking for someone based in Sweden or Tallinn, Estonia.

We want this person to become a close part of the company and our technical leadership, not another remote external resource.
