What will you be doing?
As a Software Engineer, you will work on building and enhancing high‑performance, scalable systems that power critical analytics solutions . You will contribute to core areas written in C++, design efficient algorithms, handle concurrency challenges, and help scale systems to handle growing workloads.
You’ll be working closely with data architects, analysts, and business intelligence teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that support business goals
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance C++ components used in the platform.
- Implement efficient data structures and algorithms to optimize performance and resource usage
- Work with multithreaded and concurrent systems, ensuring thread safety and correctness
- Manage memory efficiently, including ownership, lifetime management, and performance tuning
- Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory issues, and concurrency bugs
- Ability to analyze data requirements, design data models, and troubleshoot complex data issues
Requirements
Must Have Skills
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in C++ development
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Solid knowledge of Multithreading & Concurrency
- Good understanding of Memory Management
- Pointers, references, RAII, heap vs stack, memory leaks
- Basic understanding of distributed components, scalability challenges
- Knowledge in SQL, XML, Java, Python.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures such as MOLAP, ROLAP, ODS, DM, and EDW
