We're looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python and JavaScript to lead the design and delivery of high-quality software solutions while mentoring development teams.

What you'll do

• Lead technical decision-making and software architecture.
• Guide and mentor software engineers.
• Develop scalable applications using Python and JavaScript.
• Perform code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Requirements

• Advanced experience with Python.
• Strong JavaScript development experience.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Software Lead.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Located in Bogotá, Colombia (remote position with occasional office attendance if required).
