We're partnering with an innovative technology company seeking a Technical Engineering/Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a complex enterprise SaaS platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, driving release management, resolving delivery challenges, and ensuring high-quality software reaches customers reliably.
Role: Technical Engineering/Delivery Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate releases across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
- Drive delivery plans, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
- Lead release readiness, bug triage, and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in major incident management and post-incident reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and customer-facing teams.
- Support successful customer deployments and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience delivering enterprise software products.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with Java/Spring-based environments and REST APIs.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
