🎯 What You'll Be Doing

🤝 Create Outstanding Partner Experiences

• Guide new partners through their onboarding journey from initial setup through successful adoption.
• Deliver engaging onboarding sessions, enablement activities, and marketplace education.
• Understand each partner's objectives and tailor onboarding plans to meet their needs.
• Help partners navigate integrations, provisioning, account configuration, and operational readiness.
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation into long-term success.

⚙️ Optimise Processes & Drive Adoption

• Enhance onboarding frameworks, documentation, playbooks, and operational procedures.
• Leverage automation and structured project delivery approaches to improve efficiency.
• Monitor onboarding outcomes and partner engagement metrics.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and improvements that enhance the overall onboarding experience.
• Support adoption initiatives that increase partner value and marketplace engagement.

🌐 Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner closely with Sales, Partner Success, Operations, and Support teams.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure clear stakeholder communication.
• Act as a trusted technical guide throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Escalate and resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
• Share partner feedback to improve products, processes, and experiences.

✅ What Success Looks Like

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience within technical onboarding, implementation, technical support, customer success, solutions consulting, troubleshooting, or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of provisioning processes, integrations, account setup, and technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Confidence working with both technical and non-technical audiences.

The following would be advantageous but are not essential:

• Experience within the technology channel ecosystem.
• Managed Service Provider experience.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and marketplace environments.
• Exposure to Google-related technologies or programmes.

🏢 Our Makati Office

Our Philippines office provides a collaborative environment designed to help teams connect, learn, and perform at their best. Working Pattern: Hybrid

For the first six months, team members are expected to work onsite to support onboarding, training, and team integration. Following successful completion of the initial onboarding period, employees may become eligible for increased flexibility in line with team requirements and performance expectations.
