Technical Presales Consultant with Spanish & English & French or German

We are partnering with a leading Fortune 500 technology multinational, a global pioneer in hybrid workplace solutions, digital workspace, and smart enterprise IT infrastructure, to find a driven Technical Presales Consultant with Spanish & English & French or German.

Based at a state-of-the-art international innovation hub in Barcelona, this role places you at the heart of one of Europe's premier technology centers. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging hardware endpoints (audiovisual meeting room systems, video conferencing hardware, professional headsets) with leading cloud collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex). Working closely with account managers and enterprise decision-makers, you will analyze customer requirements, design tailored audiovisual and unified communications (UC) environments, and deliver compelling solution demonstrations to drive new business.

Main responsibilities:

• Consultative Solution Design: Lead the technical design of enterprise collaboration and video conferencing environments tailored to unique customer meeting-room setups and business goals.
• Technical Advising & Demos: Deliver high-impact remote technical presentations and solution demonstrations to executive stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
• Platform Integration: Advise clients on seamless integrations between physical collaboration endpoints and cloud UC platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Presales Support: Partner with sales account managers to remove technical barriers, respond to RFPs, and tackle complex customer inquiries around audio/video performance, device management, and network readiness.
• Continuous Enablement: Participate in global technical training programs and mentor junior team members as you expand your expertise.

Core skills/experience:

• Languages: Native or full professional fluency in Spanish & English and a professional level of German or French
• Education: Completed University Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical presales, consultative engineering, technical support, or IT solutions consulting.
• Technical Domain: Knowledge of Unified Communications (UC&C) environments, AV meeting-room systems, networking fundamentals (IP addresses, network readiness), or device provisioning/management.
• Client Skills: Strong customer-facing communication, confidence in conducting remote technical calls, and a consultative problem-solving mindset.
