Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Technical Product Manager, AI Agent Teamfor a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina and Colombia. Our client is building a team of engineers dedicated to agentic and AI-driven workflows — automating and augmenting work across the organization, with an emphasis on Performance Marketing operations. The team has been operating with a high degree of technical autonomy and has made real progress, but it currently lacks a dedicated product/delivery function: there's no single owner translating business priorities into a prioritized roadmap, no consistent process for scoping and tracking work, and no single point of contact between engineering and the business stakeholders who depend on this work.

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to close that gap. This is a build-it-from-scratch role: you'll bring structure, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment to a fast-moving, highly technical team, without slowing down the things that are already working. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity early on and confident enough to bring order to it.

Working schedule: 9 am - 5 pm EST (full overlap with EST).

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building agentic workflows yourself or working closely with teams that build them, so you understand what these systems can and can't do — not just the underlying concepts.
  • Experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role, working directly with engineers on fast-moving, ambiguous technical initiatives.
  • A track record of building product processes (roadmapping, backlog management, sprint planning) from scratch on a team that didn't have them before.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build credibility with both engineers and senior business stakeholders and translate between the two.
  • Comfortable operating with real decision-making authority: this role is expected to drive priorities and hold the team accountable to them, not simply intake and relay requests.
  • A clear, direct communicator, including with stakeholders who are not deeply technical.

Will be a plus

  • Experience with AI/ML, LLM-based, or workflow automation products.
  • Experience with performance marketing or marketing data.
  • Experience managing an external vendor or contractor relationship.
  • Background in mortgage, lending, fintech, or marketing technology.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering leads and business stakeholders to build and maintain a prioritized roadmap, replacing the team's current ad hoc, project-by-project approach.
  • Own scoping and definition of work: turn open-ended technical initiatives into clear epics, well-defined stories, and tracked milestones with clear end states.
  • Establish consistent operating norms for the team — sprint planning, backlog refinement, and story estimation.
  • When needed, act as a liaison between engineering and business stakeholders, translating business goals into technical priorities and representing engineering constraints back to the business.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and discovery for new initiatives, ensuring new work has clear sponsorship and a defined outcome.
  • Own our "citizen builder" process: audit the tools and dashboards business users have built on Replit and Claude, prioritize which are worth operationalizing, and define the plan to get them there.
  • Report progress, risks, and priorities to leadership on a regular cadence.

WE OFFER

  • US and EU projects based on advanced technologies.
  • Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.
  • Comprehensive private medical insurance.
  • Regular performance appraisals to support your growth.
  • Flexibility in workspace, either remote, our welcoming office or local coworking.
  • Bonuses for recommendations of new employees.
  • Bonuses for article writing, public talks, other activities.
  • 15 vacation days, 10 national holidays, 10 sick leaves.
  • Personalized learning program tailored to your interests and skill development.
  • Free tech webinars and meetups organized by Svitla.
  • Fun corporate online\offline celebrations and activities.
  • Well-established remote culture.
  • Awesome team, friendly and supportive community!
