Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will help run what runs the world by working with Installation Products within ABB Electrification — a business focused on electrical installation, protection, cable management and accessories used in industrial, commercial and transport applications.

As Product Specialist – Installation Products in Spain, you will be responsible for the product marketing, technical promotion and specification of installation-focused product ranges, working closely with Sales teams, installers and distributors.

As part of the Marketing specialist function, you will lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and product adoption through promotional campaigns, digital marketing, industry events, marketing materials, and distributor support.

The position contributes to ABB Electrification – Installation Products, covering the following product families:

• Cable ties and fastening solutions (Ty-Fast, Ty‑Rap, Ty-Met)
• Cable management and protection systems for HDV (Harnessflex)

As part of the Marketing Specialist functions, the focus is on doing promotional campaigns and marketing activities to improve brand visibility and product adoption.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and implement the local product marketing strategy (Products, Price, Place, Promotion) for fastening and cable protection solutions.
• Actively promote strategic product ranges (Ty-Fast, Ty-Rap, Ty-Met, Harnessflex) and drive product adoption with installers, distributors, and sales teams.
• Execute marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing activities, and ensure ABB presence at industry events and trade shows.
• Develop marketing materials and provide commercial support to distribution partners to enhance their sales effectiveness.

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• Experience or strong interest in electrical installation products, accessories, protection and cable management.
• Ability to translate installation-focused technical products into clear and compelling value propositions.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with distributors and sales teams.
• Commercial mindset combined with technical credibility.
• Fluent Spanish and good level of English.
• Willingness to travel.
