About the Role Join our Delivery Leadership Talent Pool to manage upcoming software and AI solution projects. You’ll bridge business objectives, technical execution, and client success. What You’ll Work On Planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables Coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and analysts Managing budgets, timelines, and quality for multi-sprint engagements Ensuring agile ceremonies, documentation, and transparent communication Identifying risks and removing delivery roadblocks What We’re Looking For Experience managing technical software or AI projects (agency or SaaS preferred) Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban frameworks Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them for stakeholders Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or equivalent Excellent communication, client-facing, and organizational skills Passion for continuous learning, adaptability, and cross-functional teamwork Interest or experience with AI-powered systems is required .
