We are looking for a Technical Project Manager. If you have hands-on ownership of SaaS implementations with API/third-party integrations, plus experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code/Codex/Copilot) and strong client-facing communication, this opportunity is for you.

Our client is a leading digital marketing and e-commerce company with headquarters in California and Michigan, delivering innovative software solutions that help businesses grow. Its proprietary product suite is used by 10,000+ customers worldwide, and the team also builds custom solutions for global brands like Disney, Verizon, and Red Bull.

This role is exciting because you’ll lead a high-impact rollout of the company’s proprietary Marketing Technology Suite across 5,000+ locations for a national client. Does this sound aligned with your profile?

Responsibilities

• Own the rollout plan and serve as the main contact for the client and internal teams.

• Coordinate API, ad tech, and third-party integrations with the client’s technical and marketing teams.

• Set priorities and manage a developer, designer, and QA specialist.

• Use AI coding tools to speed up prototyping, problem-solving, and feature delivery.

• Gather user feedback and turn it into clear product requirements.

• Triage technical issues, identify recurring problems, and coordinate root-cause fixes.

• Work with the design team in Figma or similar tools to define requirements, create prototypes, improve the user experience, and support advertising templates, campaign tools, creative workflows, and other marketing features.

Requirements

• Technical project ownership: Experience leading the implementation of a SaaS platform or digital product, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing API integrations and third-party platforms.

• AI coding tools: Experience using Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, or similar tools to prototype, automate workflows, solve technical problems, or accelerate delivery.

• Marketing and design: Experience using Figma or similar tools to create wireframes and prototypes, and knowledge of digital ads, templates, and campaign workflows.

• Client-facing communication: Manage client relationships and turn business, marketing, and user needs into clear priorities and product requirements.
