In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and the weekly prioritization meeting for the Digital Development team
• Maintain Jira Kanban boards to reflect current priorities and project status across client and internal initiatives
• Monitor active work and follow up on blockers, dependencies, approvals, and unanswered questions
• Coordinate client approval requests and internal stakeholder follow-up to keep projects moving
• Track project milestones and communicate status updates across the team
• Coordinate handoffs between Marketing Services, Creative, QA, and Development
• Escalate risks, delays, or competing priorities before they become project issues

Skills you have 🚀

• Experience with Jira or similar project management/ticketing tools
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proactive approach to identifying and escalating risks early

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

• Experience in a digital agency or software development environment
• Familiarity with Slack, Teamwork, or similar collaboration tools
• Background in marketing services or creative production workflows
