Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Lead with strong hands-on technical expertise and proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand the technology, lead technical teams, manage projects effectively, and take ownership from concept to production.

This role is ideal for a mature, assertive, and results-driven professional looking to grow into a senior technical leadership position.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Developers, Solution Architects, outsourced Designers, and Content Writers, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from requirements, solution architecture, and development through QA, deployment, and final delivery.
• Drive project timelines, quality, deliverables, and team performance while resolving technical or execution-related challenges.
• Provide technical direction, coordinate with international clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects remain focused on outcomes and successful delivery.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in React and Node.js, with complete understanding of frontend, backend, application architecture, and end-to-end software development.
• Proven expertise in SaaS architecture and solution development, with the ability to manage the complete SDLC from concept and architecture to development, QA, deployment, and production.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Lead / Technical Lead, with a strong track record of successfully delivering software projects and leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern tools including Sanity, Vercel, Supabase, Cursor, Lovable, and GitHub, with an understanding of QA, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a confident, assertive, proactive, and results-driven approach to execution.
• PMP certification and international project/client exposure preferred, along with strong professional maturity and a clear ambition to progress into technical leadership.
