Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver marketing technology projects for the high tech sector. You'll work across Marketing, Content, Product, Design, and Engineering to improve how digital content is created, managed, and delivered through web channels.

This role calls for someone who can connect business priorities with technical execution, keep multiple projects on schedule and within scope, and guide teams toward a clear launch plan.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects involving websites, content management systems, and marketing technology platforms from kickoff through launch.
  • Partner with Marketing, Content, Design, Product, and Engineering teams to define scope, timelines, milestones, owners, and success measures.
  • Coordinate technical work across frontend development, CMS platforms, APIs, analytics, and third-party tools.
  • Track scope, schedule, and budget, managing change requests as priorities shift.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and issues early, and work with teams to resolve them.
  • Support content migrations, website launches, platform improvements, and new digital experiences.
Process & Communication
  • Provide clear status updates to stakeholders, including progress, risks, decisions needed, and upcoming milestones.
  • Run kickoff, planning, standup, and retrospective meetings that help teams make decisions and stay aligned.
  • Maintain project plans, backlogs, RAID logs, and documentation as priorities change.
  • Facilitate handoffs between teams and ensure launch readiness, including QA, go-live, and post-launch follow-up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, including work in marketing technology, digital experiences, or web platforms.
  • Experience managing website or CMS projects, such as content migrations, redesigns, platform integrations, or global site launches.
  • Ability to manage three or more technical projects at once and coordinate work across business and engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms, web development, APIs, analytics, and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical risks and tradeoffs to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
