What we need you to bring.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our X7 development program.

Your Day- To-Day

  • Plan, schedule, and track cross-functional workstreams across the program, from design through build, integration, and test.
  • Build and maintain integrated master schedules, identifying critical path, dependencies, and schedule risk.
  • Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and flight test teams to keep deliverables aligned with program milestones.
  • Manage external suppliers and partners, including statements of work, deliverable tracking, and performance against schedule and budget.
  • Organize and support program and design reviews (ARR, PDR, CDR, etc.), and drive action items to closure.
  • Maintain risk, issue, and opportunity registers, and work with owners to execute mitigation plans.
  • Track budget, resource loading, and progress against plan, flagging variances early.
  • Support configuration and change control, ensuring cost, schedule, and interface impacts are assessed before changes are approved.
  • Prepare clear, concise status reports and dashboards for the Head of Programs and leadership.
  • Help develop and improve program tools, processes, and working methods as the team scales.

We are looking for people with demonstrated experience (5 + years) in project management within aerospace programs. You will have;

  • 5+ years of project management within aerospace programs, ideally in aircraft development, integration, or flight test.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience building and managing integrated schedules using MS Project, Easy8 WorkOps, or similar tools.
  • A working knowledge of the aircraft development lifecycle and systems engineering, including requirements, interfaces, and verification.
  • Experience managing suppliers and subcontractors, including SOWs, deliverables, and performance tracking.
  • An understanding of certification and airworthiness frameworks (Transport Canada, FAA, or EASA).
  • Hands-on experience with risk management, change control, and configuration management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present status and issues clearly to leadership.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Preferred certification: PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Assets: experience with eVTOL, hybrid-electric propulsion, or composite structures.

Location.

We are located just outside of Lindsay, in the Kawartha Lakes area of Ontario, Canada. Our team is onsite at our facility, as a group, a minimum of two days per week. This role can be based in Lindsay or in our growing offices in Montreal and Ottawa! We offer relocation allowances in appropriate cases.
