ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of business-critical technology initiatives, working with multidisciplinary teams and enterprise-level clients.
Our client is a well-established technology solutions and consulting organization with a long-standing presence of nearly 40 years in the Greek market. The company delivers complex digital transformation, information management, enterprise software, and systems integration projects for leading organizations across both the private and public sectors.

What you will do:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of the company’s software projects, acting as the operational link between customers, developers, technology partners, and management. The position combines project coordination with the technical knowledge required to understand proposed solutions and participate effectively in customer-facing discussions.
- More specifically, you will:Collect, analyze, and organize business and technical requirements, translating them into clear development tasks, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, priorities and task assignments, monitoring progress and following up with the development team.
- Coordinate communication among customers, developers, vendors, and external partners, ensuring requirements, decisions, and responsibilities are clearly understood.
- Participate in customer meetings, discovery workshops and presales discussions, helping evaluate prospective projects from a technical and delivery perspective.
- Examine relevant technologies, platforms and integration options and present structured findings to management and senior technical specialists.
- Support project sizing and effort estimation in cooperation with developers and management, identifying dependencies, assumptions, resource requirements and potential risks.
- Contribute technical content to proposals, presentations, statements of work and responses to tenders or RFPs.
- Monitor project scope, deadlines and deliverable quality, document requested changes and escalate delays, risks or technical issues when required.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment and handover activities and provide customers with clear progress updates throughout the project.
- What we are looking for:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in software projects, technical consulting, business analysis, software development or technical project coordination.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and common application architectures, including web-based, multi-tier and service-oriented solutions.
- Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, databases and SQL, together with a general understanding of cloud and on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with concepts such as REST services, JSON/XML, microservices, authentication, access control, containers and CI/CD processes.
- Ability to understand technical documentation, architecture diagrams, process flows and API specifications and discuss them confidently with developers and customers.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, GitLab or equivalent.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and contribute to effort estimates, project plans and technical proposals.
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Very good command of Greek and English.
- Any experience in any of the following will be considered an asset:Experience with low-code platforms, data-management solutions, or enterprise application integrations would be considered an advantage.
