Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team.

This is a 360 recruitment role, where you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships, growing key accounts, and successfully closing placements.

While the primary focus will be on IT and Technology recruitment, you should also be comfortable supporting non-technical hiring when business needs arise. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, commercially minded, and enjoys working closely with clients to provide recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract positions.
• Source, screen and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking and referrals.
• Conduct behavioural and technical pre-screening interviews.
• Prepare candidate profiles and present suitable candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and clients.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer management and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates.

Account Management

• Manage and grow assigned key client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to increase recruitment activity within existing accounts.

Business Development

• Support business development initiatives when required.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and market research.
• Arrange client meetings and introduce JP Caliber's recruitment services.
• Work closely with management to expand the company's client portfolio.

Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks and industry developments.
• Provide market insights to clients and candidates.
• Continuously build expertise across various industries and job functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/Technology recruitment.
• Experience managing the full 360 recruitment cycle.
• Strong experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver quality recruitment solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Flexible to recruit for both IT and non-IT roles depending on business requirements.
• Business development experience is an added advantage.
