The Role Doxel is looking for a Technical Recruiter to build and scale our hiring engine. You’ll partner closely with our Technical Recruiter in the US to drive full-cycle hiring while also playing a strategic role in headcount planning, role design, and compensation benchmarking. You’ll partner directly with senior leadership to shape how Doxel attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent. As we scale, you’ll flex across Engineering, making this uniquely high-impact in Doxel’s growth story. This role is ideal for someone who has built recruiting from the ground up, scaling SaaS company and who wants both ownership and a strategic voice at the table. This is not just a recruiting role, you will help shape how Doxel grows. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end hiring for engineering, from role kickoff through offer acceptance Develop and implement compelling outreach and interview experiences that resonate with top talent, including A/B testing messaging strategies Use rigorous and analytical methods to report and analyze data, improving throughput and offer acceptance rates Craft and deliver compelling messages to attract and engage candidates, effectively representing Doxel in a competitive talent market Understand candidates' short-term and long-term career goals, advising them on how our company can meet their aspirations and where we can fill any gaps Collaborate with hiring managers to design and optimize an efficient and effective interview process, adapting quickly based on data and feedback Act as a partner for hiring managers, helping uncover top concerns and providing solutions for advancing team performance and career development What You Bring 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments Track record of recruiting top talent from leading AI and tech companies Proven success scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch in a high-growth environment You care deeply about candidate experience and talent brand, and you’ve helped build both as competitive advantages in past roles Deep understanding of competencies across levels and roles; able to calibrate talent quickly Partner to senior stakeholders; capable of shaping roles, advising on comp, and guiding decisions Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruiting data and drive improvements Proficiency with multiple ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.) Benefits & Company Culture Competitive Base Salary + Equity Package Remote first culture Comprehensive Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) Home office setup stipend Monthly allowance for cell phone and internet Flexible PTO, generous company holiday policy, and unlimited sick days Doxel provides comprehensive health/dental/vision benefits for employees and their families including an Unlimited PTO policy, a 401(k) program, and a flexible work environment among other benefits.
