About the Role

We are looking for a strong Technical Recruiter who can identify, engage, and close high-quality technical talent across engineering, data, AI, infrastructure, and cybersecurity roles.

You will work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand complex requirements, build targeted pipelines, and move candidates quickly through the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

• Source and recruit technical talent across engineering, AI, data, infrastructure, and security roles
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, referrals, communities, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial candidate screens and assess technical fit, communication, motivation, and experience
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, calibrate searches, and improve candidate quality
• Write personalized outreach and continuously improve response and conversion rates
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process and maintain accurate ATS data
• Research new talent pools, companies, and sourcing channels for difficult-to-fill roles

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of technical recruiting or sourcing experience
• Strong track record recruiting software engineers and other technical roles
• Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, GitHub, and other platforms
• Strong understanding of technical roles, engineering organizations, and common technology stacks
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong research skills, attention to detail, and candidate judgment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious hiring goals
• Ability to work significant overlap with U.S. business hours

Bonus

• Experience recruiting AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or data talent
• Startup or agency recruiting experience
• Experience with AI-assisted recruiting and sourcing tools
• Technical background or strong personal interest in technology
